I provide a welcoming, safe and confidential space where I use an integrative approach drawing from different therapies to suit the needs of each individual. I will help you navigate the issues that you come to counselling with, by helping you become more self-aware through exploring your feelings, behaviour, beliefs and obstacles in your life.
About me and my practice
As a counselling client myself, I know that going through the process with a counsellor you can trust can be incredibly rewarding and empowering. As someone who has experienced safety, empathy and respect in the counselling setting, I aspire to provide the same for my clients.
I believe the quality of our relationship is paramount to the therapeutic work, ensuring you feel heard, respected, understood and accepted for all aspects who you are, enabling you to find a better understanding of yourself and empowerment to heal and grow.
I understand that everyone is a unique individual, therefore sessions are tailored to meet your individual needs and pace.
